Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial strategy, drive B2B and B2C sales growth, acquire new customers, and strengthen the sales team. Key Highlights: 1. Strengthen and supervise the sales team At Decore Perú, we are looking for a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial strategy, driving sales growth for both B2B and B2C units through new customer acquisition, strengthening of the sales team, and achievement of revenue and profitability targets. Main Responsibilities Understand and implement commercial strategies for B2B and B2C business lines. Provide support and supervision to the sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets. Manage and monitor key commercial KPIs, proposing improvement actions to maximize results. Prospect and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients and individual customers. Actively participate in commercial meetings, negotiations, and strategic sales closures. Expand the company's customer portfolio and maintain the existing portfolio through commercial strategies. Optimize the sales funnel by developing commercial strategies. Collaborate closely with the Marketing department to generate higher-quality leads. Manage the CRM system, ensuring proper tracking of opportunities and timely updates to the sales pipeline. Prepare monthly reports and performance analyses for management. Represent the company in client meetings, events, and commercial relationship-building activities. Promote the use of technology and automation of commercial processes to ensure more efficient management.
