Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to lead talent acquisition processes for high-turnover and large-scale positions in the Call Center industry. Key Highlights: 1. Execute talent attraction and acquisition strategies At V\&V Teleservicios, an authorized Claro distributor, we are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to lead talent acquisition processes for high-turnover and large-scale positions in the Call Center industry. **Main Responsibilities:** * Comprehensively manage recruitment and selection processes for large-scale positions. * Post and manage job vacancies on platforms such as Indeed, Computrabajo, Bumeran, Pandapé, Hiring Room, LinkedIn, among others. * Administer sponsored campaigns on Indeed, monitoring metrics, budgets, invoicing, and optimizing results. * Execute talent attraction and acquisition strategies to ensure position coverage within established timelines. * Conduct resume screening, telephone and in-person interviews, and maintain continuous candidate follow-up throughout the selection process. * Develop and analyze recruitment metrics, such as coverage, source effectiveness, conversion, attendance, and hires. * Propose continuous improvements to recruitment processes and sourcing channels. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably in Call Center companies and large-scale selection processes. * Proven experience in covering high-turnover positions. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with recruitment platforms—especially Indeed—including metrics, sponsored campaigns, investment tracking, and payment management. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to work onsite in Los Olivos. **Candidate Profile:** We seek energetic, dynamic individuals with a strong sense of urgency, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in high-demand environments. **Competencies:** * Proactivity and initiative. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Organization and planning. * Results orientation and adherence to KPIs. * Ability to work under pressure. * Positive attitude and commitment. * Teamwork and adaptability to change.
