We are currently seeking a Selection Analyst. **Job Description** **Commercial Leadership & Team Management** * Supervise, develop and support the KAM team to ensure achievement of revenue targets and pipeline goals for the H&N unit. * Define commercial objectives, action plans and priorities by sector and account. * Ensure commercial discipline in CRM, forecasting, pipeline and opportunity tracking. * Promote a consultative sales culture focused on solutions and added value. * **Key Account Development & Market Penetration** * Lead acquisition and development of **strategic accounts and large-scale projects**, primarily in the mining sector. * Leverage your **personal network and existing client portfolio** to open doors, generate opportunities and accelerate closures. * Support the team in complex negotiations, tenders and high-value processes. * **Commercial Strategy & Growth** * Design and execute growth strategies for environmental and industrial services. * Define sector-specific expansion plans (mining, energy, hydrocarbons, industry). * Drive cross-selling and upselling strategies across SGS’s various service lines. * Coordinate with marketing and business development teams on demand-generation initiatives. * **Client & Stakeholder Relations** * Act as the commercial sponsor for key strategic accounts. * Maintain relationships with decision-makers: General Managers, Environmental Managers, Operations Managers and Project Managers. * Represent SGS at high-level forums: executive meetings, sectoral events, trade associations and professional bodies. * **Internal Coordination & Execution** * Coordinate with operations, laboratories and consulting units to ensure proper handling of client requirements. * Ensure service quality, on-time delivery and client satisfaction. * Manage commercial risks and support resolution of relevant contingencies. **Requirements** * University degree: Agronomist, Agricultural Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer or Chemist. * **Minimum 5–8 years of commercial experience**, with focus on the **agro-industrial sector**. * Proven experience in **B2B service sales** (food analysis services, pesticides, chemicals used in agriculture, water and soil analysis, inspections, nutritional development). * **Active client portfolio and strategic contacts within the agro-industrial sector in the North region (preferred)**. * Experience leading and supervising commercial teams. * Strong knowledge of tendering processes, negotiation and consultative selling. * Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred), forecasting and commercial management tools.
