Job Summary: Transmac is seeking an Interior Architect with strategic vision, aesthetic sensibility, and technical expertise to design and develop functional, modern, and customized spaces. Direct coordination with construction and fabrication At Transmac, we design and implement functional, modern, and customized spaces for corporate, retail, and residential projects. We seek an Interior Architect with strategic insight, aesthetic judgment, and technical proficiency to join a dynamic team focused on Fast Track delivery and direct coordination with construction and fabrication. *What will you do?* * Conceptualize and develop interior design proposals aligned with the client’s brand essence and technical feasibility. * Model and render in 3D (advanced level) for commercial and technical presentations. * Prepare architectural and custom furniture drawings (details, component breakdowns, specifications). * Coordinate specialties (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) to ensure design–execution consistency. * Select materials and finishes with emphasis on performance, maintenance, and cost-effectiveness. * Participate in reviews with commercial, production, and construction teams to ensure high-quality deliverables on schedule. *Essential Requirements* * Minimum experience: 2 years in interior design projects (corporate/retail/residential). * Education: Architecture or Interior Architecture (graduated). * Advanced 3D rendering. * Custom furniture development and execution drawings. * Solid knowledge of materials and finishes. * Commercial skills and results orientation. Software (MANDATORY) * AutoCAD 2D. * SketchUp (only this software will be considered) * Rendering engine: V\-Ray and/or D5 Render.
