Are you passionate about sales, prospecting, and creating new business opportunities? ***At Polinomio SRL, we are looking to add a highly proactive, persistent, and results-oriented B2B Commercial Executive to our team.*** We design and manufacture customized metal solutions (enclosures, racks, cable management systems, multimedia equipment, and industrial storage). You do not need to be a metalworking specialist—we provide product training. What we truly value is your commercial aptitude, negotiation ability, and discipline in closing sales. **Job Objective** * Generate new B2B business through active client prospecting, efficient quotation management, negotiation, and sales closure. **Main Responsibilities** * Active prospecting: Identification and contact with potential new clients. * Preparation, submission, and continuous follow-up of quotations. * Handling commercial proposals and closing sales. * Maintaining and cultivating relationships with new corporate clients. **Required Profile** * Technical or university education (completed or ongoing). * 1–2 years of sales experience (preferably in a B2B environment). * Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), email, and WhatsApp Business. * Results orientation, proactivity, effective communication, negotiation ability, and follow-up discipline. **Terms and Benefits** * Base salary: S/ 1,500 soles. * Tiered commission scheme: 2% on sales from S/ 35,001 to S/ 50,000\; 3% on amounts exceeding S/ 50,000\. * Legal benefits for MYPEs. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
