




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to actively prospect new clients, identify liquidity needs, and manage the entire commercial process for factoring solutions. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end commercial cycle management, from prospecting to closing **Education** University degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields (preferred), final years of study. **Experience** Minimum 1–2 years of experience in commercial roles, with a focus on business development. Experience in factoring, banking, fintech, insurance, or financial services is preferred. Active prospecting (hunter profile) experience is preferred. **Main Responsibilities** Actively prospect new clients (SMEs and mid-sized companies) via cold calls, in-person visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels. Identify liquidity needs and present factoring solutions aligned with the client’s financial profile. Manage the full commercial process: prospecting, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing. Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate with Risk, Legal, and Operations departments for client onboarding. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and record all commercial activities, including calls and visits.
