At Liberty, we are looking for a **Content Manager** who is creative, strategic, and results-oriented, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital content aligned with the brand’s business objectives. This role is critical to strengthening our digital presence, generating audience engagement, and converting leads into customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and implement digital content strategies aligned with commercial campaigns. * Create and manage the monthly publication calendar for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. * Propose creative formats based on trends for each social network. * Coordinate with the creative team to ensure visual consistency and quality. * Write persuasive copy, scripts, and briefs. * Analyze metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and propose improvements. * Align content with product launches, promotions, and commercial activities. **Requirements:** * Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * **1 year of experience** as content creator or digital manager. * Proficiency in social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. * Familiarity with design and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, etc.). * Creative and structured writing skills. * Knowledge of digital metrics. * Organization, creativity, results orientation, and teamwork. **Benefits:** * Starting salary: **S/ 2,000 + Commissions + Bonuses** * Career path and growth opportunities. * Ongoing training. * Excellent work environment. * Participation in high-impact creative projects. * Job stability.
