




Position Summary: McCann Lima is seeking a Creative Copywriter to develop concepts, copy, and innovative campaigns that build brands and maximize return on investment. Key Highlights: 1. At McCANN, we are looking for a Creative Copywriter for our McCANN Lima office. Your primary mission will be to lead the development of creative concepts, as well as create and present copy applied to assets for placement across various media—communicating a product benefit or strength, with the objective of building brands and enabling clients to achieve maximum return on investment in the shortest possible time, especially for high-impact projects. Job Profile · Professional and/or technical degree in: Advertising, Graphic Design, Social Communication, Digital Marketing, or related fields. · Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles and responsibilities. · Intermediate English proficiency. Responsibilities and/or Functions: · Receive, analyze, and execute requests outlined in Production Orders (JOB's). · Receive the brief from the Account Executive and understand the communication strategy, clearly identifying the key benefit to be conveyed about the client’s product. · Understand and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the product for which the creative strategy must be developed. · Design specific communication campaigns and assets aligned with client requests, according to specifications outlined in Production Orders (JOB's), collaborating closely with the Art Director (creative duo). · Develop creative communication pathways featuring relevant, original, and impactful ideas to capture consumer attention—always working in tandem with the creative duo. · Develop headlines that complement graphic ideas, accompanied by explanatory text. · Generate creative ideas for television, radio, and print media. · Conceive unconventional, alternative media approaches that break traditional communication patterns. · Present creative concepts grounded in insights to the Creative Vice President for feedback and approval. · Present creative concepts to the Account Executive for approval when the idea aligns with the strategy. · Present creative concepts to the Strategy Planning team or Director. · Collaborate with the Account Executive to present the creative idea to the client and obtain approval. · Attend pre-production and production meetings. · Supervise and verify that execution of commercials, radio spots, photography shoots, and graphic assets complies with all details to ensure alignment with the conceived creative idea.
