Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** Respond to cybersecurity incidents by coordinating analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs. Administer, optimize, configure, and fine-tune cybersecurity solutions post\-analysis. Prepare clear and comprehensible executive reports for non\-technical departments, including impact assessment, risks, metrics, trends, and recommendations. Identify, assess, and prioritize information security risks, proposing mitigation plans and follow\-up actions. Act as the liaison point between IT departments, SOC, vendors, and business units for cybersecurity matters. Maintain up\-to\-date technical documentation and operational procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Competencies:** * Professional with a degree or technical qualification in Systems Engineering, Networking, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst or SOC Operator. * Knowledge of SIEM technologies, threat hunting, alert administration and management, Trend Micro Vision One, EDR, SIEM, firewalls, access management, and IGL. **Additional Information** **Additional Information:** The employee will perform duties during a **standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 hours**. However, due to the nature of the service, **support outside these hours—including weekends and holidays—will be provided upon the client’s explicit request**, in accordance with defined response procedures and agreed service levels, guaranteeing **24/7 availability** when required.
