As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction, fosters innovation, and values your contributions to making a difference for our customers. **Position: Customer Service Executive** **Job Description:** Manage customer needs and deliver exceptional service in accordance with Amcor’s and its customers’ standards and expectations; serve as the primary point of contact with other internal departments to support various inquiries. * Manage customer needs and deliver outstanding service in line with company-established standards. * Analyze and manage demand by account category to maximize sales to customers. * Process customer orders and track them through to delivery via consistent communication, prompt responses to inquiries, requests, and complaints. * Schedule and coordinate regular meetings with customers to strengthen engagement with assigned accounts. * Monitor inventory stock levels across the supply chain and collaborate with customers to secure acceptance of those levels, ensuring operational balance. * Organize/participate in coordination meetings with various internal departments to identify and implement best practices aimed at meeting our customers’ needs. * Manage service-level indicators and forecast accuracy. * Prepare customer sales forecasts with the reliability required by the company. **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales, preferably within industrial companies and involving direct customer interaction. Intermediate proficiency in Excel. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
