Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to acquire new accounts, manage the client portfolio, and ensure achievement of variation targets by organizing events and coordinating delivery of banking products. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Permanent (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** Acquire new payroll and CTS accounts, achieving greater penetration within target groups. Conduct visits and presentations to your client portfolio. Ensure achievement of variation targets aligned with your assigned portfolio. Promote and sell issuer benefits. Organize acquisition events (fairs, presentations) for your portfolio’s target groups. Handle and support incidents related to Transactional Banking operations and/or account operational matters. Request promotional support / sponsorships according to group needs and value. Distribute the "Mundo Sueldo" newsletter, special campaigns, and offers tailored to assigned target groups. Create a database and manage engagement with decision-makers in each assigned target group. Manage approved offers for assigned target groups, creating opportunities to increase engagement within those groups. Increase the payroll mass of assigned target groups, focusing on acquiring higher-income clients. Coordinate delivery of debit cards and contracts based on group requirements. Validate customer information (3270, Nacar, etc.) as required.
