If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about human management, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities** * Provide support in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * Assist in drafting employment contracts and managing personnel files. * Record and monitor incidents (e.g., vacations, overtime). * Support the onboarding and probationary period follow-up of new employees. * Support Finance in executing biweekly and monthly payroll processing. * Assist in administering workplace climate surveys and internal training programs. * Prepare and update departmental reports and metrics. * Support leaders in monitoring their team members. * Assist in implementing WE Talent well-being and retention strategies. **Requirements** * Graduates in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 3–6 months of experience in Human Resources preferred. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation preferred. * Organizational skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail. **Benefits** * Market-competitive remuneration * Free access to WE courses * Ongoing training opportunities * Opportunity for professional growth **Application:** Send your CV and salary expectations to: **we.talento@we\-educacion.com** Join WE and grow in the Human Talent Management area!
