Ensures all activities are carried out in compliance with applicable internal standards, policies, and procedures. **What Do We Expect From You?** * Completed university degree—Computer Science, Information Systems, Computing, or related field. * Two years’ experience as an analyst or analyst programmer. * One year’s experience as a systems designer. **Specific Knowledge:** **Position-specific, at an advanced level:** * Systems analysis methodology. * Familiarity with the Bank’s IT platforms. * Software development effort estimation techniques. * Requirements engineering. * In-depth knowledge of applications under responsibility. * IT: Proficiency in programming techniques. Strong foundational knowledge across all computing disciplines. * Languages: English (intermediate level) **What Challenges Will You Face?** * Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen client relationships and leverage the Bank’s extensive relationships, systems, and expertise. * Analyze, specify, and program IT solutions for various initiatives received, and deploy developed solutions into production. * Prepare and document all developed initiatives. * Support the internal client relationship consultant in estimating initiatives at order-of-magnitude level. * Design integrated systems, and analyze, evaluate, and implement third-party banking products. * Perform detailed time and cost estimations for user-submitted initiatives, develop IT solutions, and maintain continuous communication with requesting users. * Respond to inquiries from internal and external auditors, and to inspections by SBS, SUNAT, and other regulatory bodies regarding IT applications. * Analyze and resolve incidents to restore service as quickly as possible, and design solutions to address issues within IT applications. * Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all knowledge and information related to employees, officers, executives, directors, and shareholders—as well as Bank and affiliated company plans and/or strategies—acquired directly or indirectly through the Bank, without exception, unless the Bank provides written consent. * Understands the Bank’s risk culture and how risk appetite must be considered in daily activities and decisions. * Actively performs efficient and effective operations within respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, compliance, and effectiveness of daily business controls to meet obligations aimed at mitigating operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, money laundering and terrorist financing risk, and conduct risk—including responsibilities established under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, International Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Manual, and Business Conduct Guidelines.
