




Job Summary: We are looking for a Junior Business Manager to assist in project structuring, documentation development, and basic financial management of businesses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in technical and operational research and information gathering. 2. Development of key documentation for service structuring. 3. Learning about portfolio brand owners and ongoing training. We are "Better Franchise", with over 8 years of experience in the country. We are a consulting firm specialized in helping individuals diversify their income by investing in market-positioned franchises, as well as advising entrepreneurs on structuring their Operational areas and Business Management. We are currently seeking a: **JUNIOR BUSINESS MANAGER.** **REQUIREMENTS:** \- **Graduates in**: International Business, Hospitality and Tourism, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related fields. \- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office \- Proven intermediate Excel skills \- **3 years’ experience in business management**, preferably within gastronomy, retail, or industrial businesses, among others. \- Residence in areas adjacent to San Isidro. (Not mandatory) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Assist in researching and gathering necessary information **(technical, operational, financial, legal)** for project structuring, as well as supporting documentation required to substantiate such projects. · Develop applicable documentation for service delivery (Conceptualization Manual, Operations Manual, Marketing Guide, among others). · Perform basic financial management of businesses (Analysis of income statements and cash flow statements). · Conduct research or gather documentation, as required per franchise brand (bibliographic resources). · Conduct operational inspections of clients’ brand-owner establishments (diagnostic assessments). · Update commercial (operational) technical sheets, income statements, and commercial brochures for our portfolio of brands. · Follow up via WhatsApp, email, or phone calls to address client questions regarding information requested from them. · Hold meetings or interviews with clients or their staff to collect information, ensuring such information is incorporated into the Operations Manual. · Organize, update, and upload files to designated folders in the company’s Google Drive. · Provide direct support for the consulting firm’s services. · Prepare presentations of information provided to each brand owner or presentations for the business management services we deliver. · Assist across all aspects of the company’s business management. · Other duties as assigned by Management. **BENEFITS:** Formal employment registration.
