Manage and develop the internal sales team **We are seeking a REAL ESTATE COMMERCIAL MANAGER!** On behalf of our client, we are looking for a **Commercial Manager**. The role aims to lead the comprehensive commercial management of projects in coordination with an external specialized agency; supervise the execution of marketing and sales strategies, the performance of the internal team and external sales force, with a focus on profitability, goal achievement, and customer experience. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Define and execute the commercial strategy for projects. * Coordinate and validate the work of the marketing and sales agency. * Supervise the entire commercial process (lead generation, closing, and after-sales). * Ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets. * Manage and develop the internal sales team. * Analyze commercial KPIs and propose improvements. * Participate in key negotiations and strategic closings. **Candidate Profile:** * Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * **Experience as Sales Supervisor or Sales Floor Manager: MANDATORY in the REAL ESTATE sector. CANDIDATES WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.** * Proficiency in CRM systems, KPIs, and performance analysis. * Experience with digital tools and artificial intelligence applied to business.
