A well-established pharmaceutical company with over 25 years of experience is seeking an Administrative Assistant for its Billing Department, with data entry experience, in Lima. **1. Job Objective:** Provide necessary and/or anticipatory support to ensure operational efficiency in the work area through preventive measures such as keeping required procedures up to date, scheduling meetings/activities, preventing workload accumulation, and enhancing overall productivity. **2. Primary Responsibilities:** * Maintain up-to-date billing data, reconciliation reports, and address sales representatives’ requests. * Keep inventory records current for all assigned personnel by verifying against stock cards (kardex). * Anticipate necessary supplies and expedite sales representatives’ orders, then verify receipt. * Verify foreign documentation received. * Support order shipment tracking to ensure full compliance with routing instructions. * Maintain good interpersonal relationships with clients and sales representatives. * Gather market information and relay it to the Commercial Department. **3. Professional Profile:** Ability to work under constant pressure; proactive, organized, with strong sense of responsibility; excellent fluent communication skills; accountable and quick learner. **4. Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant. * Fast typing speed. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Valid documentation. **5.
