Job Summary: Support shift scheduling and vehicle validation, record task completion, and prepare operational reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support scheduling and shift management for drivers and operators. 2. Review and validate vehicle checklists and prepare operational reports. 3. Formal employment with statutory benefits and 100% covered meals. **Responsibilities:** * Support scheduling of shifts, working hours, and duty rosters for drivers and operators according to operational needs. * Review and validate vehicle checklists prior to departure. * Record rest periods and task completion for drivers and operators. * Prepare reports on fuel consumption, maintenance, and routes. * Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (office productivity software). * Availability to work in Callao from Monday to Saturday. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * 100% covered meals. * Profit-sharing.
