Job Summary: Supports the execution of HVAC system qualification protocols, prepares technical documentation, and coordinates validation activities, ensuring compliance with procedures and deviation management. Coordination of validations with various engineering departments. Responsibilities: * Support the execution of qualification protocols (IQ, OQ, and PQ) for HVAC systems. * Perform data collection during validation testing. * Prepare, review, and control protocols, reports, and technical documentation. * Verify compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Coordinate validation activities with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments. * Operate measurement equipment for temperature, humidity, differential pressure, air velocity, and particle counting. * Record results and document deviations observed during testing. * Support investigations and corrective actions related to validation deviations. * Maintain up-to-date validation records and files. * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental policies. Requirements: * Technician or final-cycle student in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Additional training in validation, HVAC, or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is desirable.
