




Job Summary: Andean is seeking a Cleaning Assistant to maintain comprehensive cleanliness and property care at its corporate offices in Barranco, ensuring an immaculate environment and preserving the building. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the Cleaning Assistant position for our corporate offices located in Barranco. **Responsibilities:** * Perform daily comprehensive cleaning of both levels of the corporate office (offices and common areas). * Clean, disinfect, and conduct ongoing supervision of high-traffic restrooms (minimum two inspections per day), ensuring consistent restocking of supplies. * Maintain the dining area, coffee stations, and waste bins in perfect order and cleanliness. * Carry out sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of furniture, ensuring visible and consistent standards throughout the workday. * Provide special care for architectural elements of the historic mansion (woodwork, frames, railings, antique details), preserving the building's condition. * Keep the courtyard, interior garden, balconies, and adjacent outdoor areas tidy (basic maintenance). * Conduct weekly deep cleaning (interior windows, baseboards, door handles, high-mounted lighting fixtures, elevated areas, carpets, etc.). * Promptly identify and report incidents, deterioration, or maintenance needs. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in comprehensive cleaning of large offices, including frequent restroom maintenance. * High level of responsibility, strict punctuality, and consistent support orientation. * Good physical condition; experience in maintaining historic buildings or wood-finished properties is desirable.
