At Grupo SSI, a Peruvian company with over 25 years of experience in integrated logistics, energy, and transportation solutions, we are looking to incorporate a Mechanic into our team to support our operations in Callao and nationwide. Your main responsibilities include: \- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electric generators, including filter and oil replacement, inspection of cooling, fuel, lubrication systems, and necessary mechanical adjustments. \- Conducting general inspections and operational tests to ensure safe unit functionality. \- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in generators, proposing effective solutions, and executing necessary repairs. \- Recording interventions, reporting critical conditions, and complying with the company’s quality and safety standards. \- Ensuring fleet availability and reliability for scheduled operations and supporting nationwide travel when required. \- Performing other related tasks within your capabilities and as directed by your immediate supervisor. We are looking for candidates with: \- Completed or ongoing technical education in Automotive Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields. \- Prior experience with electric generators is not required; proactive attitude and willingness to learn and improve are essential. \- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, component replacement, and basic diagnostics. \- Availability to work in Callao and travel nationwide. \- A-I or higher driver’s license is desirable. \- Ability to work in a team, responsibility, adherence to safety procedures, and results orientation.
