We seek an analytical, organized, and continuous improvement–oriented professional with experience in the textile or manufacturing sector. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct time and motion studies for each operation in the garment manufacturing process to establish standard times (SAM/SMV) per operation and per garment. * Develop and maintain up-to-date production technical sheets containing the sequence of operations and standard times for each model. * Implement and monitor productivity, efficiency, goal achievement, and performance indicators per operator, production line, and workshop. * Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks, non-productive time, and opportunities for continuous improvement. * Supervise and monitor daily production progress, verifying adherence to established production schedules. * Coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Procurement, and Maintenance departments to ensure continuity and efficiency of the production process. * Propose training strategies for production staff on standardized work methods, good manufacturing practices, and continuous improvement. * Prepare technical reports and improvement proposals aimed at reducing cycle times, optimizing resources, and increasing company profitability. * Design and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 3 months of experience in Production Planning and Control, Methods Engineering, or Continuous Improvement, preferably in textile or garment manufacturing companies. * Knowledge of Production Planning and Control (PPC). * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and management indicators (KPIs). * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards, indicators, and data analysis). * Power BI proficiency is desirable. * Analytical ability, leadership, organizational skills, and results orientation. * Ability to prepare managerial reports and present key performance indicators. * Must reside in districts adjacent to Puente Piedra. **Conditions** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Remuneration: S/ 1,300 – S/ 1,500 (subject to evaluation based on experience and performance). * Opportunity to lead the implementation and improvement of production processes for a growing brand. * Excellent work environment and opportunities for professional development. * Continuous training and participation in continuous improvement projects.
