We seek a Mechanical Engineering Assistant — a recent graduate or bachelor’s degree holder — to support the preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance management of our fleet, aiming to maximize equipment availability and minimize unplanned downtime at project sites. This is an ideal entry-level position for launching a career in heavy machinery maintenance, with on-the-job training and mentorship from day one.

- Verify compliance with lubrication plans, oil changes, filter replacements, and wear-part replacements.
*Predictive Maintenance*
- Support monitoring of equipment condition indicators (oil analysis, temperatures, pressures, noises, vibrations, component wear).
- Record and analyze historical failure data to anticipate interventions before failures occur.
- Propose improvements to the maintenance plan based on actual equipment performance.
*Corrective Maintenance*
- Respond to and coordinate repairs for breakdowns both in workshops and at job sites, prioritizing rapid return-to-service of equipment.
- Perform initial diagnosis of basic mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures.
- Prepare failure reports and document corrective actions taken.
