Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to install, configure, and maintain espresso coffee machines, perform diagnostics, and train users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Installation and configuration of new equipment 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment 3. User training on equipment usage This is a Peruvian company specializing in the sale, representation, loan service (comodato), and technical support of espresso coffee machines, grinders, and professional equipment for optimal operation and performance. We are currently looking for a **Maintenance Assistant**, who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or Technician in Industrial Electricity or Mechatronics. * Minimum 2 years of experience as an industrial electrician. * Ability to interpret technical manuals, electrical diagrams, and exploded views. * Proficiency in using measurement instruments. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital reporting applications. * Driver's license A1 (desirable) * Intermediate English (desirable). **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * Market-competitive salary + transportation allowance * On-site working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (on-site); availability for overtime and/or Sunday work required * Work location: Lurin – km 40 of the Southern Pan-American Highway * Benefits: MYPE payroll (50% of statutory benefits) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Install, configure, and commission new equipment. * Perform preventive maintenance on sold equipment. * Respond to corrective services and technical emergencies. * Conduct electrical, mechanical, and water quality diagnostics. * Train users on the operation of installed equipment. * Perform other duties as required by the technical support department.
