We are seeking top talent to fill the position of: **MATERIALS WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT \- CALLAO OFFICE** **MISSION:** * Execute the receipt and dispatch of materials (supplies and materials) in accordance with warehouse procedures to maintain updated stock levels for user availability **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Technical degree in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields (desirable but not mandatory) * Experience in warehousing, inventory management, or handling supplies * Basic proficiency in Excel and SAP * Availability for operational work and material handling. **BENEFITS:** * Direct payroll enrollment with all statutory benefits * 100% covered meals * Meal card * Annual performance bonus * Salary above market average * Growth opportunities **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Receive locally purchased and imported materials; verify documentation and register receipts in SAP. * Label, code, and store materials on shelves or racks according to layout and condition. * Fulfill internal requests by performing picking, packing, and dispatching based on Workshop and Route reservations; prepare shipping documents and register dispatches in SAP. * Conduct cyclic inventories and physical counts, reporting discrepancies and incidents to the supervisor. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness, complying with Integrated Management System procedures (quality, safety, and environmental standards). * Manage reverse logistics: receive damaged materials, classify them, and register them in SAP. * Support other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
