Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for waste loading and unloading, covering project staff and following established procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in waste loading and unloading. 2. Availability for projects and travel to provinces. 3. Opportunity for professional development in waste management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Properly load and unload waste. * Cover project staff (provinces) who are on vacation. * Follow established procedures. * Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge of loading and unloading operations. * Waste Management Training. * Minimum 1 year of experience in loading and unloading. * Residence in the Ventanilla area or nearby. * Availability to join projects. * Availability to travel to provinces. **Benefits:** * Salary: S/ 1,500 * Working hours \- Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * Project working hours: 2 working days followed by 1 day off. * Bi-weekly and monthly payments. * SCTR and Life Insurance coverage. * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. · Cooperative agreements for personal loans. · Training on Mental Health and Emotional Well-being. · Positive work environment. **Address:** Av.
