Job Summary: DELICE, a leading company in dairy derivatives, is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage continuous process improvement, implement strategies, and lead operational teams while maintaining quality and food safety. We are DELICE, a Peruvian company with over 34 years of experience in the dairy derivatives market. During this period, we have positioned ourselves across various national distribution channels as the country’s first cream cheese producer. Currently, we offer a broad portfolio of products to meet our customers’ needs while complying with quality standards. We are currently seeking a “**Production Supervisor**” for our Chorrillos location: **Requirements:** \- Graduate in Food Engineering or related field. \- Experience in food or fast-moving consumer goods companies (preferably dairy). \- Intermediate-level proficiency in analytical tools: Excel. \- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools. \- Required skills: Teamwork, integrity, commitment, responsibility, and initiative. \- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, with availability to rotate among morning, afternoon, and night shifts. \- Availability to work in Chorrillos. **Responsibilities:** \- Identify and manage continuous improvement in processes: productivity and efficiency. \- Implement and manage strategies to achieve corporate objectives. \- Execute and ensure adherence to the production plan and efficient use of allocated resources (labor, space, equipment, and tools). \- Evaluate and analyze production indicators. \- Exercise effective operational leadership to keep teams motivated. \- Uphold and enforce a culture of quality and food safety by applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all production processes. \- Comply with the program. \- Supervise and measure operating times for each process within the production line. \- Use stopwatches or digital tools to measure the exact time for each task or activity. \- Prepare detailed reports on production times and performance analysis.\- \- \- Compare times against standards and establish efficiency benchmarks.
