Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to inspect and monitor parameters in the production process, ensure the quality of raw materials and finished products, and propose improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inspect and monitor control parameters in the production process. 2. Conduct sampling of raw materials and diagnose their acceptance/rejection. 3. Verify metal detection systems and propose process improvements. We are currently recruiting personnel for our company: ***"Quality Assistant"*** Responsibilities: 1.1. Perform sampling of incoming raw materials and provide acceptance or rejection diagnosis. 1.2. Continuously inspect established control parameters (temperatures, times, pH, °Brix, etc.) for each stage of the production process. Additionally, record information in designated forms and promptly communicate product release, observed products, and non-conforming products. 1.3. Verify residual chlorine levels as an indicator of proper disinfection of raw materials. 1.4. Verify container inlet and outlet temperatures, issuing the V°B° for transfer and/or dispatch operations. 1.5. Monitor compliance with cleaning instructions in both internal and external plant areas. 1.6. Conduct verification tests on the metal detection system (CCP), using test standards. Additionally, record results and issue alerts upon positive detections or false-positive responses. 1.7. Propose improvements related to reducing sampling execution time, enhancing cleaning and sanitation processes, utilizing alternative instruments, reducing consumable or material usage, etc. 1.8. Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor (e.g., staff training, report preparation). **Requirements** Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields. - Experience in the Frozen Food sector - Minimum 6 months of experience in this role.
