We are looking for a **Sales Advisor** with a sharp creative eye and passion for closing deals. **What challenges will you face?** * **Prospecting and closing** corporate sales for outdoor and indoor advertising projects, events, and fleet branding. * **Providing technical advice** to clients on optimal materials (banners, vinyl types, acrylics) based on their needs. * **Adapting and pre\-visualizing** quick logo or layout concepts using design tools to facilitate deal closure. * **Retaining the client portfolio** by ensuring impeccable post\-sales support. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Minimum experience:** 2 years in advertising, printing, or related sales roles (mandatory). * **Technical knowledge:** Intermediate proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDraw). * **Skills:** Verbal fluency, strong negotiation ability, and focus on achieving monthly targets. **What do we offer?** * **Salary up to 2000 soles \+ High Commissions** (no cap on sales commissions!). * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Excellent work environment and access to cutting-edge digital printing technology. * Opportunity for career progression on large-scale projects.
