We are looking for a **Senior Backend Developer** to lead the design, development, and evolution of our backend solutions, ensuring high standards of quality, scalability, and security while driving technological innovation and development best practices. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Lead the design and architecture of backend software projects. * Make key technical decisions and provide guidance to the development team. * Design and develop scalable and secure architectures using Node.js. * Collaborate on implementing new technologies, tools, and innovation initiatives. * Optimize databases to ensure application performance and efficiency. * Define best practices for automated testing and continuous integration. * Integrate AI-based solutions to optimize development processes. * Guide and support the technical team, promoting collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement. * Participate in project planning and development time estimation. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
