Job Summary: We are seeking a Field SSOMA Supervisor to lead risk prevention in an industrial logistics megaproject under Fast-Track delivery. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a Field SSOMA Supervisor. **The Challenge:** At **DSE Ingeniería**, we know that no schedule or cost target outweighs the safety of our team. Therefore, we seek a top-tier **SSOMA Supervisor (Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment)** to lead risk prevention on a colossal industrial logistics megaproject (~80,000 m²). As this is a **Fast\-Track (EPC)** project, the pace is relentless. You will oversee multiple contractors operating simultaneously, with overlapping critical activities such as heavy machinery movement and high-altitude structural assembly. We seek a field leader with authority and sound judgment—capable of ensuring a "Zero Accidents" culture without excessive bureaucracy or impeding critical construction progress. **Your mission on the project:** * Lead supervision and enforcement of all contractors’ safety plans at the worksite, ensuring strict compliance with current regulations and client standards. * Manage and audit high-risk tasks performed concurrently (work at heights above 14 m, critical lifts, excavations, and hazardous energy sources). * Collect, analyze, and report key safety indicators (Bird’s Pyramid, substandard acts and conditions reports, operational workforce data) in real time to the ITO’s management dashboard. * Foster a proactive preventive culture by collaborating closely with the Project Manager and technical supervisors to plan safety for each workfront prior to execution. **The Profile We Seek:** * Degree holder and licensed professional in **Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Civil Engineering**. * Proven, substantial experience as an SSOMA Supervisor or SSOMA Manager on **industrial projects, large-scale logistics centers, mining, or related sectors**. * Demonstrated specialization in High-Risk Work and implementation of Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001\). * A hands-on field professional with strong character, leadership capability, assertive communication skills, and high tolerance for operational pressure. **What We Offer:** * **The Project:** Serve as the ultimate safety guarantor for one of the country’s most significant and accelerated logistics complexes. * **Stability:** Direct employment with full statutory benefits from day one. * **Work Modality:** 100% on-site work at the frontline. **Do you possess the preventive leadership this project demands?** Send your updated CV to: **seleccion@dechini.com.pe**, with subject line **"SSOMA Supervisor \- Logistics Project"**.
