Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the position of SSOMA Assistant to implement and maintain the SSOMA Management System in the automotive sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure implementation of the Safety Plan 2. Maintain operational status of the SSOMA Management System 3. Register, monitor, and advise on the Safety Program We are a group of companies dedicated to the automotive sector and are looking for a professional for the position of **SSOMA ASSISTANT**, with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS** \* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental and Occupational Safety Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. \* Additional studies in Occupational Health and Safety are desirable. \* Minimum 1 year of coordination-level experience in industrial-sector companies. \* Availability to work on-site. \* Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OH&S MS) according to applicable legal regulations and ISO 45001:2018. \* Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure implementation of the Safety Plan. * Maintain operational status of the SSOMA Management System and ensure staff compliance with established guidelines. * Ensure staff compliance with the annual SG-SSOMA Training Program. * Register, monitor, and advise on implementation of the established Safety Program, as well as review its compliance. * Keep company safety statistics up to date and periodically report them to the entire organization. WHAT WE OFFER? \* Monthly salary of S/.1500 \* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm; Saturdays, 7:30 am to 1:00 pm \* Work location: Ventanilla (Neptunia) \* Enrollment in MYPE payroll from the first day of employment \* Biweekly payments Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in this position?
