We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of: **INDUSTRIAL CLEANING ASSISTANT \- CALLAO SITE** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience in workshops, washing, or general cleaning is desirable. * Availability for physical labor and use of basic tools. * Basic knowledge of sanding, filler application, or painting is desirable. * Commitment to order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations. **BENEFITS:** * Direct payroll enrollment with all statutory benefits. * 100% covered meals. * Food card starting from the third month. * Annual performance bonus. * Salary above market standards. * Growth opportunities. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform general cleaning and equipment washing using simple tools and a pressure washer, following instructions. * Assist with simple tasks such as sanding, basic painting, polishing, or simple filler application, as instructed. * Use cleaning machines and hand tools at a basic level, and properly care for assigned equipment. * Transport equipment between workshop stations to support workflow. * Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working area. * Record completed services and transfer equipment to the next workshop station. * Keep the work area clean and properly maintain assigned tools.
