In our hotels, these associates may work across multiple departments (e.g., kitchen, food and beverage, laundry) to support cleaning operations—whether preparing clean linens and tableware for guest enjoyment, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools (e.g., dishwashers, sinks, washers, dryers); or transporting linens and tableware throughout the hotel; these associates do whatever it takes to achieve the goal. Regardless of your specific role, there are several fundamental responsibilities that support success—creating a safe workplace; following company policies and procedures; maintaining quality standards; and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communication remain professional at all times. Meeting expectations and quality standards; developing and maintaining positive working relationships with other employees and departments; supporting the team to achieve common goals; listening to and responding appropriately to concerns raised by other employees. Reporting accidents, damages, and hazardous conditions to management. Performing various tasks including moving items, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance. Remaining constantly active (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods). Must be able to bend, kneel, twist, stretch, and stoop. Performing other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors.
