The incumbent will be instrumental in optimizing storage, managing logistics within the ODOO system, and overseeing the technical control of our fleet and equipment. **Main Responsibilities:** * **System Management:** Generate purchase orders and record incoming finished goods in the **ODOO** system. * **Logistics and Routing:** Efficiently plan distribution routes for the company’s **8 vehicles**, coordinating with respective drivers. * **Fleet Control:** Ensure integrity, maintenance, and proper functioning of corporate vehicles. * **Technical Maintenance:** Apply technical knowledge to identify failures in equipment and infrastructure. * **Laboratory Maintenance:** Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) for laboratory equipment. * **Warehouse Support:** Actively support physical and digital management of the finished goods warehouse. **Requirements and Candidate Profile:** * **Education:** Completed technical or university studies in Logistics Management, Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Tools:** Experience using the ERP system **ODOO** (mandatory) and route management tools. * **Technical Knowledge:** Demonstrable experience in technical maintenance of equipment and knowledge of preventive/corrective maintenance (PM and CM) for laboratory equipment. * **Soft Skills:** High sense of responsibility, respect, leadership, assertive communication, and excellent interpersonal skills. * **Residence:** Residing in **Carabayllo** or adjacent districts/areas of Northern Lima. * **Commitment:** We seek an individual committed to long-term employment and job stability. **Key Competencies:** Team leadership (drivers), strategic organization and route planning, analytical capability for identifying technical failures, and proactivity. **What We Offer:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits (or specify according to applicable labor regime). * Job stability and opportunities for professional development. * Excellent work environment. \* Salary: S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
