Opportunity for growth and career path **GRUPO PALAIS IS SEEKING:** **BARISTA** **Location: Cocktail** **Workplace: Cercado de Lima** We are looking for a **Barista** with experience in preparing hot beverages, cold beverages, and knowledge of preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing beverages for our breakfast service and assisting with beverage service during afternoon hours. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation of hot beverages: coffee, infusions, and café-style drinks. * Preparation of cold beverages: juices, frappés, soft drinks, and similar items. * Preparation and presentation of beverages according to venue standards. * Assistance in preparing alcoholic beverages for afternoon service. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper organization of the bar area. * Basic inventory control of bar supplies. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 6 months of experience as a barista, bartender, or in similar roles. * Experience in preparing hot and cold beverages. * Knowledge of mixology and preparation of alcoholic beverages. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Strong customer service skills. * Immediate availability. * Residency in Cercado de Lima or nearby areas. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Working hours: **8 hours per day.** * Shift: **7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.** * Fixed day off: **Monday.** **BENEFITS:** * Meal allowance covered. * Corporate discounts on consumption. * Ongoing training. * Positive work environment. * Formal employment under REMYPE regime. * 15 days of vacation after completing 1 year of service. * Opportunity for growth and career path. **APPLY WITH US:** Send your CV via WhatsApp: 967 863 703 Workplace: On-site employment
