Job Summary: We are seeking a Taxi Coordinator to manage vehicle logistics and traffic flow at the airport, ensuring a safe and high-quality service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and assistance with taxi logistics at the airport. 2. Monitoring of taxi flow and incident management. 3. Support in organizing internal traffic to prevent congestion. We believe in teamwork and jointly building an experience that leaves a lasting impression on every journey. **What do you need to apply for this position?** * Completed secondary education or technical studies in logistics or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in logistics operations or fleet coordination. * Residence in areas adjacent to the airport (Callao, San Martín de Porres, Los Olivos). * Clear and empathetic communication skills, service-oriented attitude, and ability to maintain order and effectively resolve high-pressure situations. * Availability to work outdoors, 6 days per week, 8-hour daily shifts, with rotating days off. **What do we offer?** * Base salary of S/1200 + Family Allowance S/113 + Mobility Bonus S/100 + Working Condition Bonus S/50 + Night Shift Bonus * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. **What shift is available?** **– Afternoon: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM** **What will be your responsibilities?** 1. Coordinate taxi entry into parking areas, ensuring availability. 2. Assist drivers with logistics for entering and exiting the boarding area. 3. Monitor taxi flow and adjust availability according to demand. 4. Report any incidents or issues related to drivers or parking areas. 5. Maintain communication with the Service Supervisor to coordinate operational needs. 6. Support internal taxi traffic organization to prevent congestion.
