You will be the face of our institution, responsible for welcoming our students and closing enrollments with maximum energy. **Responsibilities:** * **Enrollment Management:** Advise prospective students on the benefits of our programs and effectively finalize their enrollment. * **Revenue Control:** Monitor cash flow, payments via digital wallets (Yape/Plin), and administrative registration of monthly fees. * **Public Relations:** Provide high-level welcome services to our current students, strengthening community spirit. * **Retention:** Coordinate monthly renewals to ensure member continuity and satisfaction. **Requirements:** * **Reside in San Juan de Lurigancho** (Mandatory due to proximity to the location). * Students pursuing service-oriented majors: **Commercial Aviation, Hospitality, Tourism, Communications**, or related fields. * Prior experience in premium customer service, counter, or hosting roles (minimum 6 months). * **Extroverted** personality, strong problem-solving ability, and impeccable punctuality. **We Offer:** * **Fixed Compensation:** For a scheduled night shift (Tuesday to Friday, 7:15 PM to 10:45 PM). * **Ongoing Incentives:** Variable bonuses based on goal achievement. * **Performance Bonuses:** Group rewards for meeting occupancy targets (dinners, success bonuses). * **Exclusive Environment:** Be part of a leading brand in the artistic and wellness sector in SJL.
