We strive to ensure all employees feel respected and valued in their individuality and not excluded in their interactions, thereby creating conditions that allow us to obtain the best ideas, perspectives, decisions, and contributions from each employee. **We are currently seeking top talent for the position of: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN \- PUCUSANA PLANT** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure equipment reliability by detecting and resolving operational issues during the assigned shift. * Document shift occurrences and report equipment failures to identify them promptly. * Review, communicate, and execute pending tasks to prevent production line stoppages. * Support and perform duties inherent to the assigned position to guarantee proper execution of maintenance tasks. * Operate and implement SIG standards in daily activities to minimize applicable risks related to quality, environment, occupational safety and health, and food safety. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate of technical programs in: **Maintenance Mechanics \| Industrial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration \| Industrial Electrotechnology \| Industrial Electronics and Automation \| Industrial Mechatronics \| Industrial Process Instrumentation and Control \| Industrial Electricity** * One year of experience in similar roles within industrial companies. * Availability to work at \*SOUTH PANAMERICAN HIGHWAY KM 62 \- PUCUSANA\* * Availability to work rotating shifts: (7:00 AM \- 3:00 PM \| 3:00 PM \- 11:00 PM \| 11:00 AM \- 7:00 AM) * Availability to work overtime BENEFITS: * Direct and full payroll registration from the first day of employment * Statutory benefits (Essalud, CTS, family allowance, profit sharing, vacation) * 100% covered meals in our company cafeterias * Shift bonuses of 25% and 35% on top of your regular working hours. * Overtime pay and night shift bonuses. * 100% round-trip transportation coverage for all three shifts Arca Continental is an equal opportunity employer.
