




Position Summary: We are seeking personnel for the Front Desk area, responsible for check-in/check-out, guest service, incident management, and team support, within a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive guest service and request management. 2. Support in the development of the front desk team. 3. Sales promotion and petty cash administration. **SM Hotel & Bussines Av Universitaria 848, San Miguel.** **We are currently seeking personnel for the FRONT DESK area to join our team!** **Responsibilities:** * Perform check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with established policies and procedures. * Attend to guest requests. * Handle, resolve, and record guest complaints and feedback in the incident report. * Promote sales of products, early check-in, and late check-out. * Support the front desk team in carrying out their duties, ensuring compliance with established standards. * Effectively hand over shifts, communicating relevant information and incidents occurring during the shift. * Properly administer the front desk petty cash (e.g., currency exchange, reconciliation). * Issue invoices and receipts, and send supporting documentation. * Follow up on inactive accounts, Occurrence Register, and Complaints Book. * Ensure the front desk is adequately stocked with necessary materials for daily operations. **Qualifications and Benefits:** * Students and/or graduates in Hotel Administration, Hospitality and Tourism, Commercial Aviation, or related fields. * Availability to work full-time in San Miguel during 8-hour shifts. * Timely biweekly and monthly payments. * Monthly rotating schedules. * Sales incentives. * Positive work environment. * One day off per week. **Experience:** * Front Desk Agent: 1 year (Preferred) **SEND UPDATED CV TO NUMBER: 941 994 747** **IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Internship Work Location: On-site
