




Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for the Reception area to handle check-in/out, attend to guests, resolve complaints, promote sales, and support the team. Key Highlights: 1. Sales incentive **SM Hotel & Bussines Av Universitaria 848, San Miguel.** **We are currently looking for Reception staff to join our team!** **Responsibilities:** * Perform check-in and check-out following established policies and procedures. * Actively attend to guest requests. * Handle, resolve, and record guest complaints and feedback in the incident report. * Promote sales of front desk products, early check-in, and late check-out. * Support the reception team in carrying out its functions, ensuring compliance with established standards. * Effectively hand over shifts, communicating daily information and incidents. * Manage the front desk petty cash (currency exchange, reconciliation, etc.). * Process invoices and send receipts. * Follow up on inactive accounts, Occurrence Logbook, and Complaints Book. * Ensure the reception area has all necessary materials for daily operations. **Competencies and Benefits:** * Availability to work full-time in San Miguel during (8-hour) shifts. * Timely payments. * Monthly rotating schedules. * Sales incentive. * Excellent working environment. * One day off per week. **Requirements:** * 1 year of experience (preferred) * Students or graduates of Tourism and Hospitality, Commercial Aviation, or related fields. **Send CV to: \+51 941 994 747** **Immediate availability** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Internship Work Location: On-site employment
