Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Advisor and Customer Service Representative to handle product and service sales, customer management, and post-sales follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Post-sales follow-up and customer retention **Sales Advisor and Customer Service Representative** Location: Aviación Claro Experience Center (San Borja) Company: 3eriza **Salary:** S/ 1,400 \+ variable bonus up to S/ 500 **Responsibilities:** * In-store customer service and sales consultation * Sale of products and services (plans, devices, accessories) * Sales management and customer registration in the system * Achievement of monthly sales targets * Post-sales follow-up and customer retention **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or technical studies * Minimum **1 year of experience in sales or customer service** * Experience in retail, telecommunications, or stores (preferred) * Immediate availability * Availability for rotating shifts (including weekends) * Strong communication skills and results orientation **Working Conditions:** * On-site work mode * 8-hour daily shift * Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM (8 hours, rotating daily) * Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM * Fixed day off on Sundays **Benefits:** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one * Fixed salary \+ variable commissions * Ongoing training in sales and customer service Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,900\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have at least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service? * Are you immediately available to start working? * Please provide your current WhatsApp and phone number * Are you available to work from Monday to Saturday?
