Position Summary: This role involves advising, quoting, booking, modifying, issuing, and remitting air reservations for travel agencies, ensuring high-quality service and problem resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advise on and manage airline reservations for travel agencies. 2. Foster agency loyalty through high-quality service and problem resolution. 3. Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Kiu) and NDC. Provide support to travel agencies via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Advise, quote, search for and offer alternatives, book, modify, update, issue, and remit airline reservations across various GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, and Kiu), as well as booking platforms (NDC), prioritizing the most cost-effective options. Assist and resolve agency-related issues. Follow established sales process procedures. Provide information on our commission rates according to the current rate card. Use the Softphone tool, intranet, and other provided resources correctly for daily performance. Foster agency loyalty through high-quality service, demonstrating empathy, expertise, confidence, and problem-solving ability—even when assisting or guiding agencies in using Agil’s various services. Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure while meeting sales targets. Requirements Technical or university graduate in Tourism and Hospitality, Commercial Aviation, or related fields. Experience in contact centers within travel agencies, consolidators, or airlines. Experience in sales to key accounts (Desirable). Experience in issuing and remitting airline tickets. Knowledge of Amadeus GDS (mandatory), Sabre and Kiu (mandatory). Knowledge of NDC (mandatory).
