Close collaboration with the founder for accelerated learning We Are Looking for a Content Manager / Brand Operator (AI + Speed) At WASICODE, we are building a strong tech personal brand across LATAM (software, AI, professional career), and we seek someone who thinks quickly, executes even better, and uses AI as their primary tool. ### Your Mission Turn ideas into content that grows, positions, and generates opportunities. ### What You’ll Do - Create viral scripts using AI (hooks, storytelling, structure) - Define weekly content recording plans - Direct recordings (order, pacing, execution) - Publish content on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram - Manage community (respond to comments with AI support) - Analyze metrics and continuously optimize - Maintain a fast and consistent content pipeline ### What We’re Looking For - Rapid-execution mindset (not slow perfectionism) - Real-world AI usage (ChatGPT, automations, etc.) - Strong content judgment (knowing what works and what doesn’t) - Organization, discipline, and proactivity - Interest in tech, AI, and personal branding ### What We Offer - Direct growth within an expanding personal brand - Freedom to propose and execute ideas - Close collaboration with the founder (accelerated learning) - Opportunity to scale into marketing leadership We seek someone who executes quickly, learns rapidly, and improves every week.
