Our broad portfolio of high-quality, differentiated branded generic medicines spans multiple therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women’s health, cardiometabolism, pain management / central nervous system, and respiratory pathways. **What You’ll Do** * Successfully create, plan, execute, and monitor the marketing plan for the portfolio under your responsibility. * Develop and understand the patient/consumer journey, considering key insights at each stage of the process and deeply understanding their primary influencers. * In-depth training on the brand’s technical elements (features, benefits, clinical studies). * Analyze the competitive landscape, including providing recommendations and feedback on potential local and regional strategic adjustments. * Ensure brand communications and activities align with the correct positioning in terms of Brand Equity. * Manage and monitor the financial resources assigned to the portfolio (A&P). * Responsible for managing the overall P&L of the portfolio under your responsibility. * Develop communication materials for all audiences and all channels. * Lead effective engagement with healthcare professionals. * Develop consumer interaction activities that meet required business objectives and comply with applicable corporate, regulatory, and legal procedures. * Report local and regional brand performance results using internal and external analytical tools. **Required Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Graduate studies in marketing preferred. * Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing and communications, with proven achievements. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Advanced Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Basic SAP knowledge. **Preferred Qualifications** * Highly valued if the candidate has experience with OTC or prescription products. * Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing. **PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES** Equal opportunity is provided, and recruitment, selection, and hiring are conducted solely based on job-related qualifications, without distinction as to race, color, religion, creed, age, sex, nationality, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, marital status, veteran or military status, genetics, citizenship status, or any other condition protected by law.
