Additionally, we hold the EDGE certification, reflecting our commitment to gender equity and workplace diversity. **At ENGIE, we value:** * Professional development: Manage your career autonomously in a dynamic environment offering constant growth, continuous training, and development opportunities. * Well-being and balance: We foster a culture of well-being, care, and work-life balance, promoting workplaces that prioritize mental health, safety, and sustainable personal development. * Diversity, equity, and inclusion: We promote bias-free processes and a safe, trusting, respectful workplace where you can be yourself and perform at your full potential—regardless of origin, gender, generation, disability, or sexual orientation. **Tax Intern** **Location: Lima** **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the preparation and validation of baseline information for filing tax returns (Income Tax, IGV, Non-Residents). * Daily monitoring of SUNAT and Tax Court electronic notification inboxes, and assisting in follow-up on requests. * Assisting in the preparation and review of Electronic Books in compliance with current regulations. * Supporting tax audit processes, including gathering and organizing supporting documentation. * Assisting in various operational and administrative tasks for the Tax team. * Supporting the processing of Advance IGV Recovery. **What do we need from you?** * Must-haves: * Student in 7th, 8th, or 9th semester and/or recent graduate or bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Economics, Law, Business Administration, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Peruvian taxation (Income Tax and IGV) and taxpayers’ formal obligations. * Intermediate-level Excel skills (filters, formulas, basic pivot tables). * Familiarity with Electronic Books (PLE / SIRE) and SUNAT platforms (Clave SOL). * Intermediate English proficiency, primarily for reading documents. * Desirable: * Prior experience in taxation, accounting, auditing, or tax consulting. * Introductory knowledge of tax audits and/or transfer pricing, especially in corporate or multinational environments. * Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or others). **We expect you to:** * Support the Tax Affairs department. **Benefits we offer you:** * 100% covered medical insurance premium. * 100% covered oncological insurance premium. * Performance bonus. * Occupational Health and Safety bonus. * Training and workshops. **Are you ready to be part of the change?** ***At ENGIE,*** *every person plays a key role in accelerating the energy transition.
