Ensuring order, cleanliness, and comfort in the cabin We’re looking for talents like you! **INSTACORP**, a company specializing in **interprovincial passenger transportation**, is currently seeking **Cabin Crew Members (Terramozas)** to join our onboard service team on our **North Chico routes (Lima – Paramonga)**. We seek individuals with **a strong service orientation, a positive attitude, and commitment**, who wish to deliver a safe and comfortable travel experience to our passengers. What are we looking for? * Completed secondary education or technical studies in **Tourism and Hospitality, Commercial Aviation, or related fields** (preferred). * Minimum of **6 months to 1 year of customer service experience**, preferably in transportation, tourism, hospitality, or similar sectors. * Availability to work **on interprovincial routes and rotating shifts**. * Strong communication skills, courteous demeanor, and **service orientation**. * Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork. * Ability to follow **customer service protocols, safety guidelines, and operational procedures**. Responsibilities: * Provide **passenger assistance and support during the journey**. * Deliver the **welcome and safety briefing before departure**. * Ensure **order, cleanliness, and comfort in the cabin**. * Prepare and organize **onboard service materials**. * Conduct **regular patrols to address passenger inquiries or requests**. * Assist with **passenger boarding and disembarkation processes**. * Ensure compliance with the company’s established **safety and customer service protocols**. * Coordinate with the driver and terminal staff to guarantee an **efficient and safe service**.
