Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to perform daily transaction recording, bank reconciliations, document management, and administrative accounting support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily financial transaction recordkeeping 2. Bank reconciliations and document management 3. Support in preparing financial statements and month-end closing At Transportes TACSA, we are currently seeking new talent to fill the position of ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT, meeting the following requirements and responsibilities: Requirements: * Recent technical or university graduates from the final cycles of Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, etc.) and familiarity with the Siscont system * Experience handling taxation matters, shipping guides, and invoices * Advanced knowledge of SUNAT / AFP / Payroll systems * Residence in areas adjacent to Ate. Responsibilities: * Daily Recording: Enter financial transactions into the accounting system. * Bank Reconciliations: Verify that accounting records match bank movements. * Document Management: File and organize invoices, receipts, and supporting documents. * Accounts Receivable/Payable: Monitor pending payments and incoming funds. * Administrative Support: Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly closing.
