




Job Summary: Coordinate and track the goods nationalization process, review documents, and support customs operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of goods nationalization 2. Review and tracking of import documents 3. Permit management and logistics coordination Customs Assistant Duties Coordinate with customs agents on the goods nationalization process. Review import documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.). Track shipment status from origin to arrival at port or airport. Verify that information in documents matches system data. Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams for pickup and delivery of nationalized goods. Maintain up-to-date records of waybills, customs clearances, and customs settlements. Support the management of permits, licenses, or registrations required by authorities such as SUNAT, SENASA, DIGEMID, or others depending on product type. File and organize customs documents physically or digitally. Assist in monitoring import costs and preparing reports. Communicate with international suppliers to resolve documentation discrepancies or omissions.
