We are looking for talent like you: Payroll Assistant Requirements * Technical or university studies in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ comprehensive payroll management experience. * Experience in payroll calculation, settlements, and personnel management. * Proficiency in AFP Net, PLAME, and current labor regulations. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Desired experience in EJB payroll system. Responsibilities * Preparation and calculation of staff payroll. * Submissions via AFP Net and PLAME. * Preparation of social benefits settlements. * Attendance, overtime, and deduction control. * Oversight of employment contracts, personnel files, and all aspects related to personnel administration.
