




**Job Objective:** To carry out billing-related operations and processes efficiently and effectively, thereby contributing to managing customer accounts, maintaining sales records, generating reports, and addressing customer inquiries. **Specific Responsibilities and Activities:** * Enter customer information and billing data into the system. * Generate invoices. * Issue or exchange promissory notes. * Register invoices on customer portals. * Send electronic documents and promissory notes to customers. * File and control transportation delivery guides. * Print safety sheets and delivery guides. * Assist in conducting monthly inventory counts. * Provide support in the importation department. * Issue purchase orders. * Prepare service quotations. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in this role or similar positions (including pre-graduate or professional internships). * Graduate with a technical or bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * Prior experience with billing systems. * Intermediate level in Excel. * Availability to work onsite from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in Ventanilla - Callao.
